Dongfang Hitachi (CD) Electrical Control Equipment Co., Ltd. (DHC) is a joint venture backed by Dongfang Electric Corporation and Hitachi (Japan).

 Established in 1999, the company increased its capital and reconstructed to be a joint venture in 2004, with the production base in Chengdu Modern  Industrial Park and the comprehensive productivity being 1200 sets/year.

 Based on power electronic techniques, the company is dedicated to develop and spread high-effective industrial energy-saving inverters: develop invertors for wind force and solar power plant, develop dynamic var compensators for the stable operation of electricity grid, and provide systematic technical services for energy-saving & environment-friendly projects. Its products mainly include high-voltage power inverter, wind turbine generator inverter, plasma ignition high frequency power supply, etc.
