Key Features and Advantages

The high reliability of our VFD systems is achieved by multifold innovations including patented technologies of serial communication, pre-charging, automatic recovery, vertical ventilation & heat dispersion, and so on.

 

·         Patented communication technology

The communication between the control system and the power cells is in serial. Compared to parallel communication, the reliability of communication can be improved four times with this innovation.

 

·         Patented pre-charge technology

The pre-charging function can effectively control the charging speed of the capacitors, and thus charging shock can be prevented. Together with IGBT intelligent driving technology, the innovations can double the lifetime of the capacitors, from 5 years to 10 years for instance. The maintenance cost can be lowered significantly. 

 

·         Patented automatic recovery technology

With real-time monitoring, the VFD system can identify the causes of power cell bypass, and automatically restarts once it detects the problems are fixed. It ensures equipment to operate continuously and stably when the bus power supply has instantaneous failure.

·         Patented ventilation and heat dispersion method

Our VFD’s ventilation system is centralized and vertical. It has significant advantage over the distribution type in terms of temperature field control, air flow distribution, and wind speed uniformity. Since the capacitor units are located at the ventilation ducts, it is estimated that the lifetime of capacitor can be doubled, and thus the overall system service time is prolonged with this cooling mechanism.
